London's famous bridge. Tower Bridge

London is the capital city of England. In London, there is a river.

It is called the Thames. There are many bridges over the river Thames,

but Tower Bridge is a very famous bridge. It's the symbol of London.

It's very old. It dates back to 1894. Tourists like the visit Tower Bridge

because it has got a wonderful view of London.

It has got two towers, so its name is Tower Bridge.

It has got a glass floor, so you can see the river and the boats on it.

They are all under your feet. It is 244 meters long and 65 meters high.

There are vehicles and also people on this bridge. It's a very useful and beautiful bridge.

Look at the picture on the left. There are boats under the bridge.

A part of the bridge opens up. Both sail on the river.
