Indian cuisine. Indian cuisine uses lots of flavours, spicy, sour and sweet, all at the
same time. So there's much more to it than just combining a hot curry with rice and a
bowl of writer, yogurt with cucumber and mint, to cool it down. Most dishes in India include
rice and lentils, but there are 20 to 30 exotic spices, like chili and ginger, but also play
a key role in this amazing cuisine. What is more, these spices are all good for your
health, and make food more exciting and full of flavour. Interesting fact. There are more
Indian restaurants in London than there are in Mumbai.
