I am an air traffic controller. I have a stressful job and always have a busy routine.

My alarm goes off at 4 .30 every morning.

I need to get ready in half an hour to catch the bus to the airport.

It takes me 15 minutes to get to the airport.

As soon as I arrive, we have a briefing.

The briefing lasts 15 minutes.

And I pick up my headset.

My shift starts at 5 .30 a .m. and it continues till midnight.

Of course I have breaks. I have a break every other hour, so I have a chance to relax.
