Holiday in Tanzania.

If you need to get away from city life and crowds of people,

you can set off for a safari trip to Tanzania for your next holiday.

Tanzania is a popular tourist destination on the African continent.

It is famous for its big wilderness areas and the wild animals there.

One of these areas is the Kilimanjaro National Park.

Kilimanjaro National Park is home to Africa's highest peak.

Most tourists visit Tanzania just to see this high snow -capped mountain.

Some tourists climb to its summit.

The best time to climb is from June to October.

The rainforests on the slopes of the mountain are home to buffaloes,

leopards, monkeys, and elephants.

The higher parts of Mount Kilimanjaro are also ideal for bird watchers.

They can see all kinds of birds there.

The plains of the Serengeti National Park are another attraction in Tanzania.

These vast plains are the best places for watching big herds of antelopes,

lions, leopards, zebras, and cheetahs in their natural habitat.

The best time for viewing these wild animals is from December to June.

And if you go to Serengeti in May or early June,

you can see the yearly migration of millions of zebras and wildebeasts

to the north in the search of food and water.

This is a very impressive natural event and the biggest attraction for most tourists.

The beaches on the coast of Tanzania also offer a quiet holiday.

Off the coast, in the Indian Ocean, there are many islands with beautiful beaches.

One of them is Zanzibar.

Its beaches have soft white sand and clear shallow water.

Tourists can enjoy swimming, surfing, or canoeing there.

Another island near the coast, Mafia, is famous for deep sea fishing and diving.

The undersea world in the island's marine park attracts snorkeling lovers.

They can view hundreds of different kinds of fish swimming there.
