Hi there. My name is Henry Smith.

Oh, this used to be a very peaceful neighborhood.

We had almost no problems among our neighbors.

Unfortunately, time flies.

Now, we have new neighbors with different problems.

I've been the apartment manager for the last 10 years

and the tenants have reported numerous types of problems to me.

Because of my job, I interact with tenants a lot.

When we get together, they complain about their neighbors and ask for help.

We usually solve the problems, but sometimes we can't.

From my experience, I can say that some residents are able to solve the problems

by using interesting and unusual methods.

A couple of tenants, for instance, wrote this letter to their neighbor.

Dear neighbor, your car has a brilliant sound system.

It is so loud that it shakes all the windows of the apartment buildings.

It really is amazing. We really envy you a lot.

When you park your car at 4 .30 in the morning and wake everybody up,

it is especially incredible.

You impress us with your super cool sound system every morning again and again.

Don't ever think of turning it down when you were in the area.
