His special equipment for fighting crime is usually stored in his belt. His weapons are a gun

for climbing, night vision goggles, bat darts and batarangs, similar to boomerangs but shaped

like a bat. His greatest powers come from his super vehicles. Bruce Wayne is Batman's alter ego.

Bruce Wayne's family was killed by villains when he was a child. Then Bruce joins a secret

society called League of Shadows. Then he becomes an expert in martial arts. When he returns home he

decides to take revenge for his parents death. Bruce is a rich businessman now and he is able

to use his company's technology and money to build his Batman equipment. He hides in a cave

bat which he was scared of when he was a young boy. He then overcomes his fear of bats and

names himself Batman. Batman's two most famous villains are the Joker and the Penguin. The Joker

is Batman's arch enemy. He is a bit crazy and looks like a clown. The Penguin is a criminal

mastermind. He is usually surrounded by his men but he can defend himself with his multifunctional

umbrella and can do many things. Batman has a long lasting relationship with Catwoman.
