I think I will never forget my Southeastern trip in Turkey last month.
It was amazing!
We spent our first day in Cappadocia, watching the balloons and navigating through the underground
cities were fascinating, and they were all well -preserved.
The second destination was Karamamalash.
We stopped there to have lunch and taste its world -famous ice cream.
After we took photos on the historical Stone Bridge there, we went to Gaziantip to visit
the Zogma Mosaic Museum.
We were allowed to spend two hours in the museum.
After a day full of history, culture, and of course baklava, we stayed overnight in Gaziantip.
The next day, we were in Shamlurfa, and we visited the Archaeological Museum there.
The museum exhibited a huge collection, and I guess the pieces of the collection were discovered
and unearthed in Gobeklitabe.
After the short museum tour, we finally arrived at Gobeklitabe, the zero point of the history.
What makes this archaeological site unique is its construction date, you know?
It was built more than 12 ,000 years ago.
Our last destination was Mount Nemrut.
The huge statues there were outstanding.
I've never seen such charming man -made stuff.
