Hi. I'm Ron. Watching our favorite team play in the Champions League is one of the

activities that we always do with friends. That's why we gathered in a cafe in the city

center to witness the championship the other night. Our team was playing well in the match,

but we were extremely impatient and we wanted them to score goals. Soon, it happened. They

this season. The celebrations which started after the match and continued till midnight

in the city center were fascinating.

Hi. I'm Julia. Last weekend, I went to Mary's home to spend time with my close friends. Mary

had already started to prepare some salad and the drinks when we arrived. As soon as we

got her home, we all started to prepare the meals. I prepared some homemade burgers with

various spices. Gina, who had stayed in China and learned to cook rice there, made a different

kind of soup with rice. Fiona, who loves vegetables, cooked a vegetable dish with more

than three kinds of vegetables in it. Mary was so generous that night because she had bought

everything that we needed to prepare the meals.

Hi. I'm Nathan. I rented a game console two days ago and invited my friends, who are good

at playing football on PlayStation, and who are eager to win. They came to my place after

dinner and we set the TV in the game console. We played game after game the whole night.

Hi. I'm Erica. In our class, there was a shy girl whose name was Ruth. As I thought,

she must have felt very lonely. I kindly invited her to our event in which we would reduce

the number of unused clothes in my wardrobe. Well, she was quite introverted, so she didn't

want to come up first. However, I managed to convince her and she attended the event.

I shared some of my clothes with her and other friends who were also with us. After that day,

we became really good friends, although we had totally different personalities.
