Today, I'll go out, talk to people, and ask them about their childhood memories.

What did you used to do when you were a child?

Like all other children, I had my heaven in childhood.

My priority was to play.

I used to spend most of my time roaming here and there in the company of friends.

We used to find something to play with.

The quality of play equipment didn't matter to us.

If there was not anything, we used to run after one another.

However, when it comes to school, I didn't used to study at all.

Homework used to remain unfinished.

As a consequence, I used to get lower grades than my friends.

But I still miss those good days despite my bad grades.

What did you used to do when you were a child?

Well, as a child, I used to play with different bugs, learning which ones were not friendly.

I also used to catch butterflies without a net, just with two fingers.

Another thing was to catch frogs and just observe them.

After I observed them, I used to set them free.

On a more creative side, my friends and I built our own kites and flew them.

We also built our own paddle and sailboats.

We played stick ball in the backyard.

We had races around the house, usually while barefoot.

As you can understand, it was all fun.

Life was simpler then, so we had to find ways to have fun.

There were no computers, no mobile phones, no cable TV, but radio was very popular.

We had one in our house.

I used to turn it on, turn the volume up and sing all kinds of songs out loud in my house.

I used to play outside with my friends whenever possible, all four seasons.

I used to have a bicycle.

So I used to ride it around my yard with my dog behind me.

My dad made me some really awesome, real life -sized cars.

I used to take them to school and play with my classmates all day long.

What did you used to do when you were a child?

Everything.

The world was my playground.

So I used to explore what was there in nature.

I also used to ride and fix bikes, build different structures with Legos.

I used to read books as much as I could and draw pictures.

Besides that, my friends and I used to go swimming very often.

We also used to fly kites for hours, play marbles, and pilfer fruits from other people's orchards.

And those friends are still a day of friends many decades later.
