I'm Ab Pediatristian.
I study and treat the diseases of children.
Children have a lot of health problems.
I want to give some information on some of them and share my suggestions.
1. Problems with Feeds.
Millions of children have a toothache every year.
Some food and drinks are bad for children's feet.
Drinking coke and eating a lot of candies cause very big problems.
Also, some children drink really cold water.
And this is bad for teeth, too.
If you have a toothache, you should mix warm water and salt in a bottle and wash your mouth with it.
You should see a dentist.
You should also brush your teeth every morning and every night.
2. Cold.
Many students don't go to school because they have a cold.
People have a cold because viruses attack them.
When you have a cold, you feel tired and you have a sore throat.
Fever, runny nose, headache and cough.
People have these problems for seven to ten days.
You should be careful about viruses.
You should wash your hands and you shouldn't touch your eyes or nose with your dirty hands.
Also, you should keep away from your ill friends.
If you have a cold, you should have a rest, get some vitamin C and see a doctor.
3. Problems with Eyes.
Many people have eye problems, but children have more problems with their eyes these days.
Children use smartphones and tablets and watch TV a lot.
So many children have eye problems.
They can't see well and they have pain in their eyes.
To have healthy eyes, you should eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and fish.
These foods are good for the eyes.
You shouldn't watch TV for a long time and you should do puzzles and draw pictures to have healthy eyes.
