Hi Paul. How are you?

I like it here in London and university is great.

But I've got a small problem. I haven't got a house yet.

There are two nice houses on an internet site, but I can't decide.

Look at the photos.

House A is larger and more comfortable than house B.

It's also quieter because it isn't in the city center.

It has got a bigger garden too, but it's more expensive.

House B is smaller than house A.

It has only got one bedroom, but it's cheaper and it's near the university.

Can you help me decide?
